• Our Mass Card/enrollment program invites you to reap the spiritual benefits of having a mass celebrated on the second Wednesday of each month  at the Provincial House in Putnam for the period of one full year from the time we receive your request.  Mass enrollment cards: birthday, sympathy, encouragement, congratulations, get well, anniversaries, religious jubilees, thinking of you, Christmas, Easter and other special occasions may be ordered through the Development Office (suggested donation $10.00 per card or 3 for $25.00). Simply return the form below making sure to include the name of the person to whom you will be sending the card.  We will automatically send you some new order form envelopes with your cards to facilitate your on-going participation and/or to share with someone else.  Please mail the form below to Office of Development /Advancement  72 Church Street   Putnam, CT 06260.

MASS CARD/ENROLLMENT ORDER FORM

• Hand Fashioned Rosary Beads-Our hand-fashioned Rosary Beads come in black or red glass beads and feature the Trinity crucifix and a red medal of the Holy Spirit. They are perfect gifts for yourself or for anyone celebrating a special  occasion, especially First Communion, Confirmation, Marriage, First Reconciliation, birthdays, recuperation from illness, anniversaries. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination and creativity. The beads come to you already blessed and are available in the regular size 5 decade version or the 1 decade (ten beads) for  ornamentation and easy travel. We will mail your order, or you may pick it up at the Provincial House in Putnam. Simply fill out the form below and return it to our Office with your check payable to DHS Development Office. ROSARY BEADS ORDER FORM

• Memorial Stone Engravings are available and the profit from such engravings go to the Sisters’ Retirement Fund.  The monuments line the path to our grotto/arboretum area at the Provincial House and are a wonderful way of commemorating a loved one, living or deceased or of simply saying thank you to the Daughters for  services rendered over the years.  Engravings can be simple or feature a design of your choice.  Prices vary accordingly.  Please contact our Office for more detailed information concerning these engravings.
